How to set access rights

In Affiliation, you need to determine the access right for the support module.  Like any other section of AFS Global, staff and volunteer may be assigned read, write/edit and delete access. You can also determine if they can have access to support cases created by others and edit access to Partner Contact Section.   Please note, for legal reasons, any information entered in the Support Module becomes a permanent part of that participant’s record.  Please be sure your messages include only pertinent information related to the particular participant – as always, your information should be concise and factual.    See the example below – Program Managers or IT staff should assign all staff who will use the Support Module access on the top line below.  Managers should also be assigned the 2nd and 3rd lines.
