Once you save a support case, you will see 2 sections as bellow:
In the Notify Section, you may add any other staff from your office, your Partner office or AFS International who must be aware of this case. This will trigger an email to be sent to the person so that s/he will know to access the case.
You may also attach different types of documents for the support case, simply click on the “upload file” area as shown above.
