In AFS there is a wealth of information available across the many different IT tools and websites which we use. However, trying to find what you are looking for can sometimes leave you feeling a little lost at sea.

On this page you will find a complete list of the internal tools available to staff in AFS, as well as a description and the username and password which is required to access the system.

IT Services The IT Service site is an online version of the Lotus Notes IT Service Portal 2 database. Here users can log support issues and track the progress of the IT team https://www.afsglobal.org/itservices/ This site is under the AFS Single Sign-On (SSO) umbrella which means that users can sign in with their AFS Global username and password 
AFS Directory This site is an online version of the International Directory database in Lotus Notes. Here you will find staff, office and group contact details https://www.afsglobal.org/afsdirectory/ This site uses the SSO system so staff can sign in with their AFS Global username and password 
AFS Leaders The AFS Leaders site is designed to provide online access to many of the most commonly used databases from Lotus Notes. These include the In Box Announcements, INT Directory, Background Papers, etc. http://leader.afs.org/ The AFS Leader website content comes from Lotus Notes and subsequently it is not located under the Single Sign-On umbrella. To access it users must use their Lotus Notes web mail username and password 
IT Resoures The IT resources site (where you are right now) contains information on most IT tools in AFS, as well as training materials, a technology blog an other useful resources http://it.afs.org/ This site is publicly accessible but as it is a Google Site from the @afs.org domain, it is also under the Single Sign-On umbrella  
Google Apps direct links In AFS we now have a direct URL for each tool. This stops users from having to go through AFS Global each time they wish to open their mail, calendar, documents, etc These URLs are http://gmail.afs.org/ http://calendar.afs.org/ http://docs.afs.org/ http://sites.afs.org/ http://video.afs.org/  All of these tools use your SSO (AFS Global) username and password
