Setting Forwarding in your Google Mailbox

        In case you need to be away on leave or vacation, you may want temporarily setup email forward to your boss, or other member in the office.  Please follow this simple guide on how to create Forwarding.

        This instruction also works with forwarding to your personal email accounts for Board members or Volunteers as well. 

  • Enter Settings menu and switch to Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.  
  • Click at  Add a forwarding address. 
  • You have option to Keep or Delete the forwarded mail!
  •  Enter your desire forwarding address

  • Type in email of your team member then click Next.
  • Confirm the email address.  

  • Click Proceed.
  • On the other mail account, you should receive an email with a reference URL to confirm.  

  • Once this is confirmed, this is in effect.
  • Now, switch back to your AFS Google account and configure email forward in this same picture.

Attention: Please do not forget to remove your forwarding when you want to stop the forwarding.
